As Development Managers we take a project from inception through to completion, creating a property asset along the way. We are involved in selecting and managing the team and any third parties and negotiate all the necessary consents for the project. We work creatively with Designers, Agents and Funders to achieve the returns illustrated in the financial model.
We act as Agents for our clients when administering contracts required on a project. This may include JBCC, NEC, FIDIC or PROCSA contracts amongst others.
